I loved every second of this sweet little guy’s session. I have come to know and love his parents and big brother over the past couple of years, so it really felt like I was visiting great friends for the afternoon. That should be the definition of an amazing job! I managed to get a few cuddles in between shots with this little man, and I was very reluctant to hand him back to his Mom and Dad 🙂 Cant wait to see the four of you again soon!
Words can not describe how special this session was. This little girl- melt my heart. It was an honor to meet her, hold her, and photograph her. So teeny tiny- so undeniably sweet.
One year old’s are so much fun! So easily distracted too! They are busy, quick little things that make my job oh so much fun! I loved all of my sessions with Miss H this past year, and this one was especially amazing. She is such a sweetheart, and I picked her up every chance I got . She especially LOVED the water, and we all enjoyed her reaction to it! If we let her I am sure she would have taken a little swim! Thank you so much little one!
This session officially wraps up my 2012 photography season. It’s been a sweet year, and I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful cliental. Many of these families have become good friends, and I love being invited to capture so many special moments of their lives. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I can hardly wait to see what 2013 brings.
Baby E is so deliciously cute. Six month olds…Pudgy little wrists, and eatable toes. I am in love! She shares big sister’s brillant blue eyes! It was such a fun little session. I cant wait to see her in another six months!
It is families like hers that make me LOVE my job. I consider myself a pretty observant person, and right away I could tell just how much this mama loves her babies, and just how much her babies love her! It was really sweet to photograph them. They were incredible brave too. The day of our session was the coldest day of the year yet! And they smiled ( and shivered ) throughout the entire session! My husband has worked with this mama for the past couple of years, and I can’t tell you just how much she has blessed my family. Caleb’s favorite little lion- that he snuggles with every night was a sweet gift from her. She also made my girls the sweetest sweaters, that are so adorable. She is so talented! It is people like her that encourage me to be more generous of my own time and talent. Thank you “S” family. I admire you more than you know.
As my fall season nears to an end this year, the sessions are getting colder and colder, but all of my families are amazing and willing to stick it out with each other for some fabulous pictures. I have to say that this session won the prize for the coldest session this year yet, but they did great despite the wind and chill in the air. Helps that they genuinely love each other and LOVE being together. I just love capturing families at their stage in life. It is busy, and crazy and fun!
I love working for seniors for many reasons. Young adults take on life with such passion and conviction. We can learn a lot from their vibrancy and hope. It is such a fun stage in life, ( I remember it well ) and it is so great being able to watch that unfold.
Emily is amazing. I actually met her last year when I took her family photos and have been looking forward to this session ever since! She is beautiful inside and out, and her future is bright! Enjoy your senior year! I can’t wait to see the many places you go!
This session was long overdue! Ever since I laid my eyes on this cutie, I knew I wanted to photograph him. Our families attend the same church ( his mama might possibly be the most beautiful mama on the planet ) and I have taken care of him in the nursery. He is such a sweet little man, and just between us, I totally have a huge baby crush on him. The session was a little crazy. His poor Mama! He was on the move, and very very serious! He didn’t leave unscathed either- I am pretty sure he gained a few bumps and bruises a long our way. But he has such a sweet disposition, and look at those eyes. They totally smile! See why I love him so much?!
